
Sales Agent for Microsoft 365
Sales Agent is designed to convert contacts into qualified leads, enabling sales representatives to close significant deals while ensuring that no lead goes unattended. This autonomous agent operates around the clock, researching leads, scheduling meetings, and even reaching out to customers. It utilizes data from customer relationship management (CRM) systems, company data like pricing sheets, and Microsoft 365 resources such as emails and meetings to personalize interactions effectively.
Sales Chat for Microsoft 365
Sales Chat, on the other hand, accelerates the sales cycle by providing actionable insights from CRM data, pitch decks, meetings, emails, and web resources. Sales representatives can easily access information with natural language prompts like “give me a list of deals that are at risk of falling through” or “help me create a plan to close this deal.” This tool allows reps to spend less time searching for information and more time selling.
Both agents will be integrated into Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and will connect with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. This means that sales teams can nurture and finalize deals without needing to open their CRM systems. The agents can also be customized to link with all business data, ensuring precise and actionable responses. The public preview for both agents is set for May.
Widespread Adoption of Copilot
Microsoft's Copilot is gaining traction among companies of all sizes, with nearly 70% of Fortune 500 companies utilizing it. In the last quarter alone, organizations have created over 400,000 custom agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Notable companies such as The Estée Lauder Companies, Newman’s Own, and Holland America Line are leveraging Copilot and its agents to optimize costs, enhance revenue, and transform their operations. For instance, Vodafone anticipates doubling or tripling the number of requests for proposals its sales team can handle each week, while Campari Group has reduced marketing campaign copy costs by 18%.
