Adobe Design is seeking a talented UX Designer II to join our Document Cloud team. In this role, you will contribute to designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for products such as Adobe Acrobat, Sign, and Scan products that serve over 600 million active users each month. These tools play a vital role in the daily workflows of professionals, freelancers, and individuals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to conceptualize and implement AI/ML-powered user experiences.
- Champion user-centered design principles to create intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Translate complex design challenges into elegant solutions by creating wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Define user experience goals and ensure design deliverables align with product milestones and business objectives.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative ideation process, ensuring that all ideas align with Adobe’s design philosophy and user needs.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and present solutions to stakeholders and leadership teams with clarity and confidence.
- Incorporate user feedback and usability testing insights to refine designs and enhance product functionality.
- Ensure design consistency by adhering to Adobe’s design system and UI guidelines while introducing fresh, innovative ideas.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio demonstrating impactful UX solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field with an emphasis on user experience, interaction design, or visual design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex challenges into simple, intuitive solutions.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and familiarity with prototyping tools.
- Deep understanding of interaction design and visual design principles, with experience in mobile and web design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions effectively to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset that values feedback, iteration, and continuous learning.
