As part of this role, you will be an integral part of the test automation team, ensuring high-quality software delivery by implementing and executing automated and manual testing strategies. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to develop testing frameworks, automate test cases, and drive the efficiency of our quality assurance processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the test automation team to define the testing strategy, including UI automation, functional automation, performance/load testing, and more.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Execute and report results from a comprehensive testing suite that includes both automated and manual tests.
  • Work closely with developers and product owners to identify test scenarios and create detailed test plans.
  • Ensure seamless integration of test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Continuously seek improvements to enhance testing quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve automation scripts and frameworks.
  • Accurately estimate testing efforts, proactively communicate progress, and meet project deadlines.
  • Adopt agile best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  1. Experience. Minimum of 5+ years in automated testing.
  2. Test Automation Tools. Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  3. Programming Knowledge. Proficiency in C#, PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript.
  4. Version Control & DevOps. Familiarity with GIT, TFS, MTM, and DevOps practices.
  5. Development Tools. Experience with Visual Studio and testing Angular-based web applications.
  6. Test Planning & Execution. Ability to create well-structured, detailed test plans from specifications or verbal communication.
  7. Attention to Detail. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
  8. Collaboration & Communication. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  9. Problem-Solving Skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  10. Agility & Adaptability. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Education. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Agile & Scrum. Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
  3. Test Case Management. Experience using test case management systems.
  4. Collaboration. Strong team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  5. Flexibility & Initiative. Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of tasks.
  6. Continuous Learning. Passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
