As a Software Developer specializing in RPA, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy RPA solutions based on process definition documents.
- Develop and maintain a shared object library/codebase to ensure reusability and efficiency in automation projects.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing RPA implementations to ensure continued business process effectiveness.
- Participate in process reengineering workshops, providing technical expertise to optimize and enhance automation opportunities.
- Prepare detailed solution design documents that outline automation workflows, architecture, and integration points.
- Develop custom automation components and scripts using programming languages like C# and VB.
- Deliver training, demos, and blueprints to internal teams and external clients, ensuring seamless adoption of automation solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into efficient automation solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath or equivalent RPA platforms.
- Strong expertise in automating various applications such as Web, SAP, Java, and Citrix environments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize automation workflows effectively.
- Proficiency in C#, VB, and SQL, enabling customization and integration of automation solutions.
- Familiarity with cognitive automation, OCR tools, AI/ML capabilities (a plus but not mandatory).
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and handling project management tasks.
- Flexibility to work in shifts based on client and project requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
