We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI and PL SQL Developer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Client Requirement Gathering. You will play a pivotal role in understanding and capturing business requirements from clients. Your ability to actively listen, communicate effectively, and translate client needs into technical specifications will be key in ensuring successful project outcomes.
- End-to-End Delivery Management. From the initiation phase to the final delivery, you will take ownership of the project lifecycle. You will manage tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
- Efficient Solution Development. You will design, develop, and deliver solutions that meet the requirements of the client. You will leverage your expertise in Power BI and PL SQL to create insightful reports, dashboards, and applications that drive data-driven decision-making.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Educational Qualifications. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in Power BI, PL SQL, or other data management technologies would be an added advantage.
- Experience. At least 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a specific focus on Power BI and PL SQL applications. You should have a solid track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Power BI Expertise. You should possess deep expertise in Power BI, including creating visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data models. Your skills in Power Query, DAX, and other Power BI features will be crucial for delivering robust BI solutions.
- PL SQL Experience. A strong understanding of PL SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers, will be essential for this role. Your ability to optimize queries for performance and troubleshoot issues will be important in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the applications you develop.
- FlexCube Knowledge. In-depth knowledge of key banking modules, including Loan, CASA, Term Deposits, Fixed Income products, Money Market, and related treasury products, is required. Experience with the implementation, customization, or management of these modules will be highly beneficial.
- Exposure to MSTR. While not mandatory, experience with MicroStrategy (MSTR) is a plus. Familiarity with this BI tool can further enhance your ability to deliver high-impact, data-driven insights.
