Key Responsibilities

- Establish and nurture relationships with customers and partners, ensuring smooth solution implementations and increasing cloud adoption.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers that hinder cloud adoption and solution implementation.
- Provide guidance on optimizing customer and partner operations based on Microsoft’s best practices.
- Leverage deep knowledge of Microsoft and competitor solutions to position Microsoft’s cloud offerings effectively.
- Align cloud solutions with customer needs to ensure performance, security, and operational efficiency.
- Lead architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimizations to ensure robust production deployments.
Customer-Centric Approach
- Actively listen to customers and partners, challenging them when necessary while offering valuable insights and alternative solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, software development, technology solutions, or architecture.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, handling technical projects, and driving cloud adoption.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud technologies.
- Ability to identify technical challenges and provide solutions that align with business goals.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting, or technical solutions development.
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
