Experience. 5 to 10 years
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve real-world business challenges.
- Work with large-scale datasets and apply statistical computing techniques to derive meaningful insights.
- Implement and fine-tune advanced machine learning algorithms, including clustering, decision trees, boosting, and deep learning models.
- Utilize state-of-the-art ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Sklearn, Scipy, and XGBoost to build scalable AI solutions.
- Develop, optimize, and deploy Gen-AI solutions, including LLM utilization, fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Leverage cloud-based AI/ML infrastructure on Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure to enhance model performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, effectively communicating complex AI/ML concepts to stakeholders.
- Maintain best practices in code management using Git and ensure robust version control.
Required Skills & Expertise
Primary Skills
- Strong experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques, including clustering, decision trees, boosting, and neural networks.
- Hands-on experience with popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Sklearn, and Scipy.
- Expertise in cloud-based AI/ML deployment (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to build scalable and efficient ML models.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Secondary Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Experience working in E-commerce or Advertising verticals.
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Time Series Forecasting, and Computer Vision.
- Hands-on experience with NLP and Computer Vision libraries like Spacy, NLTK, and OpenCV.
- Experience with parallel computing and GPU acceleration for ML model optimization.
- Proven experience in LLM fine-tuning, Gen-AI solutioning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
