In this key position, your leadership will guide teams towards higher levels of performance, fostering an Agile culture that enables continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Agile Leadership. Guide the team and organization in implementing Agile/Scrum practices to deliver outstanding customer value.
- Team Support & Self-Organization. Help the team maximize its self-organization by identifying and addressing gaps in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Coaching for Maturity. Assess and coach the team towards higher levels of Scrum maturity, ensuring sustainable progress and improvement.
- Impediment Removal. Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder progress, fostering an environment of continuous problem-solving and team collaboration.
- Communication & Conflict Resolution. Facilitate open communication channels within the team, ensuring effective decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Product Owner Support. Aid the Product Owner in maintaining and grooming the product backlog to ensure prioritized and well-defined tasks.
- Servant Leadership. Lead by example, providing guidance, support, and motivation to the team at every step of the journey.
Position Qualifications
- Experience. Minimum of two years as a Scrum Master, working with software development teams that follow Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Agile Expertise. Familiarity with various Agile approaches such as XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, and experience with successful Agile techniques (e.g., User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration).
- Technical Knowledge. Strong understanding of the technologies used by the team and how to apply documented Agile patterns and techniques to improve Scrum performance.
- Communication & Mentoring. Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams toward success.
- Education. BE/B.Tech or equivalent.
