We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with expertise in LTE/5G Networking and a passion for test automation, software verification, and quality assurance. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in telecom and networking projects, particularly those involving LTE/5G RAN systems. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests, ensuring the quality and performance of complex software solutions used in next-generation telecommunications networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Test Automation & Verification. Contributing to the testing, verification, and integration of LTE/5G RAN software components.
- Ownership of Testing Activities. Leading all test-related activities within the development team, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders. Working closely with domain experts, software engineers, and product managers to define test requirements and enhance product quality.
- Automated Test Case Development. Writing and maintaining automated test scripts for functional and non-functional testing of network components.
- Execution of Test Campaigns. Running test cases, analyzing results, and ensuring timely execution of all test campaigns.
- Continuous Improvement. Contributing to test plan creation, verification strategies, and troubleshooting efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Agile Development. Operating within an Agile development framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in LTE/5G RAN, Telecom, or Networking projects.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or GoLang for test automation.
- Experience in network node configuration and working with complex telecom infrastructures.
- Good understanding of Linux environments and hands-on experience with scripting and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and simulators used in telecom testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Jira, Jenkins, Git, and Gerrit.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with 3GPP standards and telecom protocols is a plus.
- Experience with performance testing and scalability assessment in large-scale telecom environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to debug complex network issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and communicate test results.
