Job Description

As a .NET Core Azure Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing REST-based Microservices, ensuring seamless integration with various business applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions, leveraging Azure Cloud Services to optimize performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Microservices Architecture. Design and develop REST-based microservices that can handle millions of requests efficiently.
  2. Business Requirement Translation. Convert complex business needs into well-structured microservices and integration models.
  3. Azure Cloud Development. Develop and deploy applications using Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Redis, and Azure Event Hub.
  4. Integration & Messaging Services. Implement solutions using Azure Service Bus and Event Grid to ensure smooth communication between services.
  5. Deployment & DevOps. Work with Azure DevOps to build CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and manage releases efficiently.
  6. Test-Driven Development (TDD). Write xUnit/NUnit test cases using mocking frameworks to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
  7. Performance Optimization. Develop high-performing, scalable microservices following industry best practices.
  8. Design Patterns & SOLID Principles. Implement best practices to ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  9. Collaboration & Communication. Work closely with stakeholders and executive teams to communicate design and development progress.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, and Entity Framework.
  • Strong expertise in Microservices architecture and its deployment on Azure Cloud.
  • Experience in Azure Functions, App Services, and serverless computing.
  • Proficiency in Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts, Redis, and Event Hub.
  • Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and messaging systems.
  • Experience in unit testing using xUnit or NUnit with mocking frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, and automated deployments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
