Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  1. Creative Conceptualization & Execution. Transform creative briefs and concepts into visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including logos, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, newsletters, and internal communications.
  2. Branding & Marketing Support. Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and effectively communicate the company’s message. Develop fresh and innovative design solutions that resonate with the audience.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams. Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to brainstorm and create impactful visuals that align with business goals.
  4. Design & Content Management. Oversee the design and upload process of all project materials while ensuring that best practices are followed for content management systems.
  5. Typography & Layout Mastery. Utilize expert knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition to create aesthetically pleasing and effective designs.
  6. Trend Analysis & Industry Insights. Stay updated with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design strategies.
  7. File Management & Quality Control. Ensure final designs are pixel-perfect, optimized for various platforms, and meet high-quality standards before publishing.
  8. Multiple Project Handling. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising creativity and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 4 to 9 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or marketing team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including branding, marketing materials, and digital media.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, or CorelDRAW.
  • Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX design, and video editing is a plus.
  • Exceptional creativity with a strong eye for detail, color schemes, typography, and composition.
  • Ability to transform complex ideas into simple, engaging, and visually appealing designs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with teams effectively.
  • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new design trends, tools, and industry advancements.
