Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Generative AI Architect with a strong background in AI/ML, cloud architecture, and software development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Generative AI fundamentals, a strong proficiency in Python, and hands-on experience in cloud-based AI solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Understand Business Needs. Work closely with clients to understand their business use cases, challenges, and technical requirements. Translate these requirements into a clear, effective technical design that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Architect AI Solutions. Design end-to-end AI solutions using Generative AI, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  3. Decision Making & Implementation. Evaluate multiple AI architectures and solutions, identifying the most suitable approach to meet business needs while considering scalability and future growth.
  4. Technology Integration. Relate technology integration scenarios and leverage best practices to ensure seamless implementation.
  5. Define Standards & Guidelines. Establish best practices and benchmarks for non-functional requirements (NFRs), including scalability, security, and maintainability.
  6. Technical Documentation. Write and review comprehensive design documents detailing architecture, frameworks, and high-level system design to guide development teams.
  7. Code Reviews & Best Practices. Conduct in-depth architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices in AI model development, deployment, and optimization.
  8. Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Execute PoCs to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  9. Root Cause Analysis & Issue Resolution. Proactively analyze and resolve challenges encountered during development, optimizing system performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Educational Background. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Generative AI Expertise. Strong understanding of foundational concepts in Generative AI, including transformer models, diffusion models, GANs, and LLMs.
  3. Machine Learning & Data Science. Experience working with ML pipelines, data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
  4. Cloud Architecture. Expertise in designing and deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on scalability and security.
  5. Programming Proficiency. Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and OpenAI API.
  6. Scalability & Performance Optimization. Ability to design AI systems that handle large-scale data processing and inference workloads efficiently.
  7. Problem-Solving Skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
