The Cyber Analytics and AI Innovation team is leading the charge in AI/ML adoption, enabling Visa employees to develop secure applications with greater efficiency. We are developing a suite of cutting-edge, secure enterprise AI applications to revolutionize the way AI is used across Visa’s operations.
Key Projects You’ll Work On
- Next-Generation GenAI Chat Services. Build AI-powered conversational interfaces to enhance internal operations and customer interactions.
- Enterprise-Grade Chatbot Platform. Develop scalable, AI-driven chatbots to improve efficiency across multiple departments.
- Intelligent AI Agent Service. Create sophisticated AI agents that automate complex tasks and enhance decision-making.
- Comprehensive Security Guardrails. Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive financial data while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Scalable Enterprise AI Products. Design and deploy AI-powered solutions that drive innovation across Visa’s business units.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of front-end development experience.
- Expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript for building scalable web applications.
- Proficiency in HTML5 for content structuring and CSS3 for advanced styling and layout.
- Experience with design and development tools like IntelliJ, VSCode, Figma, Postman, and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI, AI/ML, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor.ai).
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques (e.g., minification, lazy loading).
- Ability to debug and test applications using browser developer tools.
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design best practices.
- Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to create wireframes and mockups.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in Agile development teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
