We are looking for a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and monitoring. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our AWS-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of our applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, improve system performance, and enhance our DevOps workflows.

Key Responsibilities
AWS Infrastructure Management
- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud-based systems to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Work extensively with EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), EC2, and AWS Native Services.
- Optimize and manage EKS clusters, nodes, and related components to support application deployments.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Automate deployment processes and configuration management to improve efficiency.
Monitoring & Observability
- Set up and manage application performance monitoring (APM) tools, such as Datadog or Dynatrace, to ensure real-time visibility into system health.
- Proactively monitor logs and metrics, analyze system performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
CI/CD & Automation
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools like Harness to streamline application deployments.
- Ensure a fully automated DevOps environment with minimal manual interventions.
Incident & Problem Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Proactively address system bottlenecks, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
- Ensure system uptime, availability, and generate regular reports on infrastructure health.
Security & Compliance
- Implement best security practices for AWS infrastructure, networking, and access management.
- Work on IAM policies, VPC configurations, and AWS security services to protect sensitive data.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- AWS Expertise. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience running production systems on AWS.
- Monitoring Tools. Strong knowledge of Datadog or Dynatrace for performance monitoring and log analysis.
- IaC & Automation. Experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and automation scripting.
- Kubernetes & Containers. Hands-on experience managing EKS clusters, nodes, and AWS container services.
- DevOps Tools. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and cloud-native services.
- Problem-Solving. Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize system performance, and enhance infrastructure reliability.
