There are other sites that have a forum for submitting suggestions for articles. I suppose this forum could be used for that but if so then I think it should be stated explicitly that this forum could be used in that manner. I think it would help if there were a forumn or similar mechanism for people to suggest a topic for articles so authors can get ideas.
