Workflow not running for User

Question

Hi , I am Using Sharepoint 2013 , Workflow Manager 1.0 Configured. When Sub Site is Created We call Workflow using StartWorkflow method using C# code. Workflow is Working fine for All user except one User. Only that user workflow ,When i start workflow using that user workflow goes to Suspended Stage. Even if that user is having Full Controll Access on Site. Could you Please help.

I faced something very similar to this issue, after struggling for many days , we found that email id of the user was having duplicate entries and we are using Emails for many conditional statements, it was breaking the workflow. So suggested on same line , check if there is any issue with user profile by creating some duplicate flow and having similar conditional statements

Thanks Vikas Jha for reply. I am facing issue only for perticular user that user is Full Controll Access on Site.He is Owner of Site. While triggering site Workflow. Except that user All user can trigger Workflow. Workflow goes to suspended stage for that user. Message: Details: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the workflow instance. Exception details: System.ApplicationException: HTTP 401 {"error":{"code":"-2147024891, System.UnauthorizedAccessException", "message":{"lang":"en-US","value":"Access denied. Nikhil This is issue with Access. Do you have item level permission for the list, you are running the flow. If it user specific the check particular user Permission level on the site and list. To investigate more on the issue, you can add that User in Owner group and check. Please let me know if it helps.

Please check user profile of that particular user, I faced this issue and when invastigated found that user mail id was not configured properly.
