Will aspose 6.6 dll work in microsoft 1.1 framework

Hi,
I am using Aspose 6.6 license version and i'm using that dll in Visual studio 2003.will this work by adding a reference of Aspose 6.6 dll in 1.1 Framework?
Please help.
