Why cant I load this file?

You have to unzip it and try to run it.
When i try to run it , thats what i get

All i wanna do is see how they made this app so I can have an example to follow

I'll grant you that mobile development is where the action is nowadays though it's just not my thing :) Also, Android may be a better long term development opportunity than Windows Phone 8 though, currently, competition for the latter is not as fierce.

No, i have the full windows 7/8 phone SDK, weird. You need to install SDK vulpes it takes minutes! I will have a lot of questions regarding apps

Sorry, I can't really help as I don't have the Windows Phone Developer Tools (all 3 GB of them) installed on my machine. In fact, may be that's the problem - you don't have them either?
