Why angular is called framework

Well framework means , "conceptual structure" As many us knows that angular is full featured javascript based framework bcoz it supports MVC structure To create application using this pattern , Google provides solution with minimal changes which is called Angular Angular has layered structure that's why it is called "Angular Famework" I hope these information are enough to answer your question Why Jquery called library ?
