Thanks to all the beautiful replies by our community members. I will choose MAUI being a .Net Developer. There are few basic reasons why MAUI may be a great choice for mobile app development. MAUI allows developers to build native apps for iOS Android Windows and macOS with a single codebase. This means that apps built with MAUI have native performance which is critical for mobile apps that need to be responsive and fast. Also developers can write once and share code across multiple platforms. This makes it easier and faster to develop and maintain apps as developers don't need to write and maintain separate codebases for each platform. MAUI comes with a modern UI toolkit that includes a wide range of controls and features. This allows developers to build beautiful and responsive UIs that are consistent across multiple platforms. MAUI is built on top of .NET which is a mature and powerful development platform. This means that developers can take advantage of the extensive ecosystem of .NET libraries and tools to build their apps. MAUI will be a better option especially for developers who want to build native apps for multiple platforms with a shared codebase.

I would agree with Rajkiran. The best really depends on the client and the developer. I always find it confusing when selecting a framework/language for my next mobile app. We're still thinking about what the next C# Corner app would be developed in. While Chris Love is 100% on PWA (mostly using JS) many would argue for a native or hybrid approach. One of the challenging tasks with mobile apps is post-build and deployment. As you know mobile apps are never done. There is always some work. Maintaining multiple projects for native is challenging. With the website project I now have to maintain 3 projects - iOS Android and Website. With PWA in JavaScript same code base can be used on mobile. However it may not provide a few native features. That leads to a language such as React Native. If my company is doing all work in React it makes sense to build my mobile in React Native. I don't have to have multiple Dev teams. I've seen some large corps are using Flutter for their mobile apps. Microsoft MAUI is the newest framework to build native mobile apps :) Too bad all these companies can't get agree on a standard.
