Which is secure from ViewData, ViewBag, and TeampData ?

Hello All, Recently i have faced one interview question that Which is more secure from ViewData, ViewBag, and TeampData ? Can someone help me to answer this question ? Thanks in advance.

TempData persists only until the next page access; ViewBag is used to pass values from the controller to the view. Neither are suitable for storing information which will last for the session. On security, they are both server side and the user will not be aware of them, so, yes, they are secure. If you want to persists values for the duration of a session they you need a different mechanism. Several are available to you. My favourite is the use of session variables but some developers are firmly against session variables. You need to research your options further.

as Ramesh Palanivel told. I would like to add something into it. If you are going to use TempData then it will carry your data from Action => Action => View. Also you can also preserve values for the next request depending on 4 conditions 1) Not read 2) Normal Read 3) Read & Keep 4) Peek & read If you are using any incryption descryption method then it will be secure. As per behaviour of everyone i.e ViewData, ViewBag, TempData you can use anyone depends upon your condition in project.

Hi Vivek, I think as per my understanding, Viewbag and ViewData is little bit secure compare with tempdata.Because viewbag and viewdata object will be destroyed after moving the current page to next page. Viewbag and Viewdata will be persist only in current request. It will not persist in next request. But temp data will be presist next subsequent request.
