Which Database is best other than Sql Server?

Question

In my currnet project we need to use one databse other than Sql Server. Because Client done not want to use SQl Server due to its lincense cost. So please suggent which one is the best alternative databse in place of Sql Server? We use .Net Technology to build the project.

You can use any one of the below database - 1. My Sql 2. Sql Lite 3. Mongo DB (basically it is no sql database which store data in json format. Also it is not support RDBMS Concept) 4.PostgreSql 5. Maria DB 6. Fire Bird
