            Response.AddHeader("pragma", "no-cache");
            Response.AddHeader("cache-content", "private");
            Response.CacheControl = "no-cache";

No cache is used for things such as web cameras when the data is known to change often.

Response Expires property specifies a length of time (minutes) before a response page cached on the browser expires. Response.Expires = 0 The above line causes the page to be refreshed (reloaded) every time it is accessed. The caching depends on users browser settings.. IE Tools -> Internet Options -> General tab Click Settings... -> "Check for newer versions of stored pages:" What ever radio button selection.. The Response.Expires property gets or sets the number of minutes before a page cached on a browser expires. If you set it to zero, then the page will be refreshed every time it is accessed, rather than being stored in the cache. Consequently, no cache is needed here.
