What is the best way to learn MVC?

Question

I am a Dot Net Developer, don't have any problem to handle any project in Asp Dot Net, but Now a days MVC and Javascript frameworks in demand, i want to learn both of them, could anybody suggest me the best way to learn it. Thank You!
