What could be the problem?

My computer is with windows 7 and with Google chrome browser. At the bottom of the "Ask a Question" web page of the C# Corner, I am able to upload zip file but when I posted it, it is disappearing. Could you fix the problem please?

But file attachment feature is working with my Hotmail.

I tried with other two computers in my home one is having Windows 8 and other one is having Windows 7 both are with the Google chrome browser, here also I am able to upload zip file but when I posted it, it is disappearing.

I don't know the reason. I wish to know whether problem is related to Internet connection.
