Sure Sathish, A Web Part is a component on a web page. It is a view of a component that is displayed on a SharePoint page on your site. A Web Part may display your calendar or task list or a shared documents library. There are other types of Web Parts that show components like an Excel spreadsheet or a list of site members. You can combine and configure several Web Parts on a single page to show various components on your site. Webparts are basically shortcuts to your components like list and libraries on the site . It has also has some features like configuring filters, adding in images and contents and using other list and library as a window view for their actual database. Hi Sathish, There is a feature in SharePoint, "Save Site as Template". This feature will allow you to use a similar library with columns from the web. Kindly let me know if you need more details about the feature. Cheers !!

Hi Manpreet Singh, Thanks for your answer..and clear my one more doubt that..read the scenario (following) I created a library with 4 columns and just i exported it into excel(.csv) format and now i need to import it into another sharepoint library using the same weburl ..but i can imported using local file path but i need to do import using same exported weburl into another library. so how should i do..?
