WebBrowser control opening new window

Hey guys,

I've been trying to figure this out for a little while.  I finally figured out how to get my browser to open links in a new window using my browser instead of internet explorer.  I have one other problem though.  In order to do this I've had to make it so that I can't have a home page cause otherwise the home page loads in the new windows instead of the link i wanted.  Here is the code:
