I need to develop a live streaming web application using c#. The idea is, whenever the presenter wants to do the live stream, he/she will open the web application and start the live. The attendees also need to open the web application to join the live. Organizer do not need to share the link to all attendees to join the live.
During live, attendees can directly ask question to presenter in the chat box. The concept is the same with Youtube live.
Is there any tools or APIs that I have to use? Is there any guidance or link that I can refer to? I'm still new in C# and really need help in this.
