Thank for reply Let me clear the scenario. I developed window application which will be implemented on 1100 window based smart devices. This window application talks with db through web services and within every minute.Hence this will generate 1100 requests per minute. Window application,web service,db all are ready and tested only thing is needed how to maintain performance of window application ? while having 1100 request per minute ,server's CPU utilization goes above 75 %.I want to maintain it below 50%. I need deployment architecture on server which will be like 1) hosting of multiple web services and will talk with single db. 2) hosting of multiple web services and have distributed db. etc How can I achieve this? Pls friends help me.

your question is a bit confusing. Do you need a application architecture or deployment strategy? How come that magic number 1100 requests per minute? Is it a web service or a web page or what? Please clarify so that you will get responses quickly...!
