Want to move into Management field

Hello ,

I am having 8+ years of experience into SharePoint development and recently moved into ITSM , As per the new environment of support i am happy working in this and started preparing myself for ITIL certification.
Could anyone please guide how i can move into management field as i have not done any MBA Course .

Hello Folk, Completed my ITIL V4 certification and now looking for Management role, But as i am not having any good experience in management do i will be getting the job related to it . As the jobs which aer coming for me are more related to develoment role only.
