I am sure you have heard before about tea and its benefits. In a report published on TOI, it talks about several benefits of drinking 3 to 4 cups of tea a day. Green and black tea has a substance named L-theanine that helps in relaxing the mind and helps you to focus on tasks.

Some other benefits include better heart functioning, lower risk of stroke, anti-aging, anti-cancer, stronger bones, and improve immune system.

It looks like Tea is "the cure" for all diseases.
