Want create my first project with DB

Want create my first project with DB for my friend: Build a database that manages customers for a small money lending company. It includes the customer names, address, phone number, amount borrowed, amount expected, profit gained, date of clearance, security given, with a calculator button

And i dont need code, only reccomendation, what first do it, second and etc, becose i am beginer, but know ADO.net and win forms.
