Voice Enabled browser in Visual Studio using vb.net language

Hi,

I am pursuing BSc IT final year and i have final year IT project and i have chosen the project that i have detailed in subject..

I really don't know how to create browser using vb.net can an one help me in this case... that

Do i have to use WPF application or just normal project form to make this application.. and how can i make this application
in some extend to make it more complex using some other merge function to give some restriction to use words such as
similar vocabulary for instant Quite, Close, Exit...

I hope you will help me in this case..
