Visual Basic program to PDA

Hi there, i was wondering if anyone can help me. Ive created a basic program using visual basic, and was wondering if it can be controlled using a PDA. Basically, if the PDA could open the file on my computer, then change the various parameters, allowing the changes to be viewed on both screens?! Any ideas welcome!
