view pdf and add custom stamp image on it

Question

I have a base64 string pdf content , need to view pdf and when click inside pdf viewer add a custom image as stamp , i have found PDFTRON which what i need but i want a free way.

You can load the base64 string using the LEADDocument class, and then display the PDF using the DocumentViewer class which is showed in the documentation below.
