Vb.net Report Compiling using stimulsoft and crystalreport

i have  vb.net application with several tables, i dont want to show all records in the table ,i want when i select from checkbox then report compiles only selected field am using Stimulsoft report am willing to shift to crystal report if what i want could be possible kindly assist
