Usercontrol add Dynamilcally

i am creating a user control with 4 textboxes  i want to add that to the panel whent i click on AddNew Button .i tried this first time it is added 
successfully, when i am tying to add another one means second time it replaces the first one .How can i add one by one.please help me??
