Unable to access the site - Access denied error

Hi Friends,

 

We are facing a Access denied issue in our SharePoint online site. User has the required permission to access the site (it was working) but still they are getting Access denied. Why? We have cleared the cache and re-added the user account but still they are facing the same issue. Any help. Please.
