Thread Interrupt from a waiting state?

Hi,

I am working in windows application using Oracle outside In technology in that i found one exception that "Thread Interrupt from a waiting state" i have put try catch block to handle this exception but when this exception occurs the Throw statement doesnt throw to its parent catch block. please provide any solution for that .
