The .Net framework 4.5 installation in client location

My Word-AddIn application targetting framework 4.5 and whenever I tried to install the exe file it says "Please install .Net framework 4.5". I am trying to install 4.5 framework but it showing  message as ".NET framework 4.5 or a later update is already installed on this computer"
 
Please revert me if you had any solution for this. Thank You!
