Text color if another cell is empty

When I shall press the Submit button, CIBTANO will be empty, then I need the text color of Amount is red. When I shall press the Edit button with input the CIBTANO then the text color of Amount will black. This will only in datagridview.
Please help me by providing sample code or example.
