Tamil Text Conversion Issue

Question

My company planned to using tamil text in mobile apps, Mobile apps displaying questions in tamil laguage. Flutter application supports Unicode Format but Not bamini type format. All Questions are Given by excel sheet Format.

Can i use Unicode or Bamini ??
