Subreport in Main Report

Question

Hi I have 1 Main Reports . I have 2 subreports in details section. I am facing issue Page No is getting printed on Last page of Subreport. It is not getting printed on other pages. Thanks

Hi Ramco. I also faced this issue like but I used C# and Crystal Report. In Crystal Reports page numbers are typically controlled by the main report's page footer section. However when you have subreports the page numbers may behave differently in each subreport. To address the issue of the page number being printed only on the last page of the subreport you can try the following steps: Check Page Footer in Subreports: Ensure each subreport's page footer section is properly set up. The page number should be placed in the page footer section of each subreport. Page Numbers in Main Report: Ensure that the page number field is placed in the page footer section of the main report. This is the section where page numbers are typically controlled. Subreport Pagination: Check the subreport's properties to ensure that it's set up to paginate correctly. Right-click on the subreport in the main report and choose Format Subreport or Change Subreport Links. Ensure that the subreport is set to a new page or set up in a way that accommodates the page numbering. Evaluate Section Order: Ensure that the sections in your main report are in the correct order. Sometimes placing a subreport in a specific section might affect how it interacts with the page numbering. Make sure that the sections are logically ordered. Hi Mayooran In Subreport Page N of M is in report footer when i click edit SubReport from main Report. when i open Subreport directly then it shows in Page Footer. Thanks
