Smart Approach to Search Information in Cloud Computing

I hope you are well? I wonder if you could advise me please. I am a Master student and I'm working on a project "Smart Approach to Search Information in Cloud Computing" and I'm trying to build an application in azure portal. I'm just wondering if i can use semantic search in my application or not. If it's so, how can i achieve that? .In the other hand, is there any other idea i can use to solve my project .
