try to run on different browser because sometimes client side problem that can be caused so at the end run on different browser

sir this is gymproject i have download from your git hub i have open both project means angular and core in visual studio 2015 and run Angular project from npm . when i am going login then error. error: Backend returned code 0, body was: [object ProgressEvent] file name: app.LoginService.ts erroe: OPTIONS http://localhost:49749/api/Authenticate/ net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED file name: zone.js

Hello Asif Shaikh , Please debug the code and find exact error because in screent short "something bad happened" error show consequently, we can't understand what is the problem in it.
