show video by default on ist tab,h to remove space on 2ndtab

Hi,

i am using bootstrap tab with accordion or nav controls to display video webpart.
 

having 2 problems

1) on first tab which is "home " i need to click on it to display video ,by default not comes up, i want to show it
without click.

2) on second tab which is " " , ihave also placed video there but showing some spaces, how can i remove thoses spaces so video will go up as "home" tab having.

Note:

if I remove video from "home tab" so some spaces automatically removes from 2nd tab.
