SharePoint infopath form

Hi All,

In infopath form,There is a drop-down field Name is ID

ID    Others, 1,2,3   if you select others from ID drop-down then another textbox will appear and ID drop-down will hide. and you enter 4.

Once you submit the form and for another item sumission when you open the form and select the ID field then Others,1,2,3, 4 will appear.
