I want to start some development in blockchain technology for learning purpose. But I am unable to find where and what to start? I am unable to implement theory of blockchain and also don't know which development tool I need to set up for?
I have not any prior knowledge of this technology rather than some theoretical knowledge. Please help me to start something like "Hello world in blockchain".
