Setup & Deployment to Save files on D/E/F Drive

Hello,
I have made one application in C# with MS Access Database. The database file is located on C:/ drive as db.accdb. When I am making setup for this application & running this on another system, every time I want to copy the database file to C:/ drive.
I want to make setup in such a way that the database file will be automatically saved on C:/drive in installation (without copy paste). How to do this?
