session = null in mozilla in handler file

Question

I am using handler file to upload video but when using session its working in chrome but not in mozilla. how to solve it??

i have debug the code it working in chrome but when i am using mozilla then context.session["vfile"] has null value

I didn't find any bug on your code. Have you tried to debug the code? If you have already debugged means, i suggest to try this excellent post of Jon Galloway about large file uploading in ASP.Net. In the above post he mentioned some third party tools (free as well as commercial softwares) to achieve your purpose.

I hope so,the problem will not be solved if you removed the "sessionstate" tag from web.config file. If possible share the handler code which drive towards a faster solution.

yes i was using Inproc sir, but now remove sessionstate tag from web.config and still problem not solved

I believe that you are using "inproc" mode session. If so, it doesn't depends on browsers. Is there any specific scenario you have? Please let me know.

Hi... As far as my knowledge goes, development has nothing to do with the browsers. If a code works fine on 1 browser (say IE), then it should work in Chrome and Mozilla. All matters is the size or resolution and scripts.
